He is survived by: his wife Jamie Mansfield Perez; his children, Landen Perez, Kelsey Perez, Kayleigh Perez, Kaden Clement and Kowen Clement; his mother Gayle Babin Perez; his sisters, Cherie Perez (Suzi Fleming) and Megan Miller (Nicole); his niece Maicee Chauvin; his godchild Rian Perez; and his pet Smush. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins.
