She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Ingram; her parents, Agnes Brown and Edward Brown; her daughter Vanessa Ingram; her siblings, Nolan, Robert, Edward, Clayton (Octavia Brown), Aldonia Brown and Versa Lee Smith; and her grandson EJerial Ingram.

She is survived by: her daughters, Amelia Watkins, Cynthia Hogan, Betty Ingram, Delise Robertson and Charla Charles; her siblings, Royal Brown, Mary Alice Brumfield, Agnes Reado and Dianne White; and her goddaughter Veronica Triggs. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Israelite Baptist Church (106 E Front St, Lockport, LA 70374). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
