She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Johnson, Sr.; her parents, Maggie Rhodes and Madison Rhodes; her children, Kerry Dale Johnson, Lenetta Williams and Loretta Rhodes; her siblings, Thelma Rhodes, Eula Pearl Emanuel, Lisker Wagner, Victoria Jones, Elouise Peltier, Fabiola Rhodes, Gertie Johnson, Erma Young, Bernard, Aaron, Edward, Earl and James Rhodes; and her grandson Tyrell Miles.
She is survived by: her children, Earl Johnson, Jr. (Carolyn), Byron Johnson, Jason Johnson (Trina), Mary Pollard, Andetrie Vicks and Rhonda Brown (Andy, Sr.); her brother Thomas J. Rhodes, Sr.; her godchildren, Gloria Butler, Clarinda Richard, Gail Rhodes and Kiyra Brinkley; and also Cheryl Bergeron. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Moses Baptist Church (1032 Canal Blvd, Thibodaux, LA 70301). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
