He was predeceased by: his wife Madelaine B. Deroche; his son Lawrence "L. J." Deroche; his parents, Lawrence Sr. Deroche and Grace Deroche; and his sister Wendy Matthijetz.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael "Mike" Deroche and Brian Deroche (Penny); and his siblings, Gerald Deroche (Elaine), Kenneth Deroche (Lisa), Wayne Deroche and Carol Ann Falcon. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
