She was predeceased by: her parents, Ozeme Hotard and Winnie Heltz Hotard; and her siblings, Mirian H. Cox and Ray Hotard. She is survived by: her husband Wilson Knight; her daughters, Mary Weller (Ted) and Melissa Knight; her granddaughters, Kassidy Weller and Kadee Weller; her brother Richard Hotard; and her brother-in-law George Cox. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

She selflessly donated food and her time to Christ the Redeemer Church, the Knights of Columbus, and other local organizations.
