He is survived by: his parents, Josie Thomas and Jeffery Slack; his stepfather Leonard Pharagood; his grandmother Lois Matthews; and his siblings, Laquan Thomas, Rahshanika, Rahshika, Laquanta, LaLexis, Lynasia Thomas and Lyndajah Pharagood. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
