The memory of Goldie B Legendre of Thibodaux, Louisiana, who passed away on December 22, 2024 at the age of 88, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Anthony and Lillian LeRay Barrilleaux; and her siblings, Carroll, John Patrick "Pat", Dr. Stephen Barrilleaux, Joyce Yvette, Norma Theresa Barrilleaux, Ethel Himel, Marlene Folse and Catherine Mona Williams.
She is survived by: her brothers, Huey, Gerald, Julian and Vernon Barrilleaux; and her caregiver Vicki Himel Hebert. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church (720 Talbot Ave, Thibodaux, LA 70301). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
