Cynthia Landry Obituary
In loving memory of Cynthia Landry of Thibodaux, Louisiana, who departed this world on October 27, 2024 at the age of 75. Cynthia leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Valey Landry; her son John Duplass IV; her parents, Philip Boudreaux and Ouida Boudreaux; and her siblings, Clyde Boudreaux, Opal Oncale, Geraldine Martin, Glenda Waguespack and Cheryl Boudreaux.
She is survived by: her children, Kristi Duplass and Brandon Duplass (Missy); her grandchildren, Clinton Hebert Jr., Tristan, Kamron Duplass, Zane Cunningham and Kera Gore; her stepgranddaughter Kayla Babin; her close friend Donavon Roger; her sister Ruth Acosta; and her niece Alicia Ledet. She is also survived by 3 step great-grandchildren, other numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Genevieve Catholic Church (815 Barbier Ave, Thibodaux, LA 70301). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Cynthia was a proud organ donor; in fact she was able to donate her liver and her two kidneys, in hopes to save a life.
