She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Ceola, Eddie Edward Fletcher, Jane and Charlie Winslow; her mother Rose Nell Fletcher; her siblings, Carol Ballard, Reginald and Peewee Edward Fletcher; and her sister-in-law Julie Fletcher.
She is survived by: her father Edward Fletcher; and her brothers, Carl Fletcher (Mary), Vernell Fletcher and Kevin Fletcher (Theresa). She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
