She was predeceased by: her parents, William Scanlan and Rose Calvert Scanlan; her husband Dr. Billy W. Hillman, Sr.; and her son-in-law Micheal Liebert. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Billy Hillman, Jr., Kathleen Liebert Koontz (Jim) and Susie Frugé (André); her grandchildren, Chris Liebert (Chelsey), Leslie Liebert, Emily Frugé, Reece Frugé, Elizabeth Frugé and William Frugé; and her great grandchildren, Savannah, Travis, Andrew Liebert, Violet Liebert, Rowan and Iris Dufrene-Liebert.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph Co-Cathedral (721 Canal Blvd, Thibodaux, LA 70301). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
