It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Gautreaux of Thibodaux, Louisiana, born in Houma, Louisiana, who passed away on July 8, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Barbara Ann leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Benoit; her son Dale Benoit; her parents, Irvin Gautreaux and Hilda Gautreaux; and her sister Norma Solar.
She is survived by: her children, Mindy Boudreaux (Jacob), Rachel Andras (Bobby), Milissa Blanchard (Glen) and Jason Benoit; and her siblings, Rosie Guillot and Mike Brien. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
