He is survived by: his wife Carla "Patrice" Magee Molaison; his children, Lee M. Molaison (Stephanie), Joshua J. Molaison (Lauren) and Natasha L. Molaison (Michael Vallery); his brother Emelton "Poose" "Moe" Molaison, Jr.; his wife Geralyn; his sisters, Judy M. Billiot and Mary Beth Gautreaux (Donald); and his grandchildren, Cullen Ezell, Calee Ezell, Brogan Molaison, Ansley Molaison, Gracie Lovell and Carter Molaison.
