He is survived by: his wife Veronica Brunet Champagne; his daughters, Elizabeth "Liz" Champagne Grassel (Greg) and Karla Champagne Curry (Darwin); his grandchildren, Alyce Dumond, Chase Dumond, Kourtney Curry Breaux and Kelly Curry; his great grandchildren, Kasen Dumond, Kayleigh Neil, Kamryn Dumond and Lilly Breaux; and his sisters, Ann C. Carlin and Barbara C. Bergeron (Freddie).
