He is survived by: his spouse Jan Barlow Raley; his children, Erica Raley Jones and Josh Raley; his grandchildren, Kaleb Raley, Remington Raley and Cason Jones; his sister Debbie Raley Prendergast (Brian); his mother-in-law Carol Barlow; his siblings-in-law, Ken Barlow, Beth Barlow and Bob Barlow; his nieces and nephews, Travis Prendergast (Rebecca), Kathleen Prendergast and Jillian Barlow Hicks (Kerry); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Evan Prendergast and Carter Hicks.

Interment will be private. Due to COVID-19, masks will be required to enter.
