He is survived by: his significant other Sherron Wimprine Atzenhoffer; his children, Michael Atzenhoffer (Lisa) and Michelle Johnston (Gary); his granddaughters, Sara, Emma and Amelia Johnston; and his brother Anthony Atzenhoffer Jr. (Kay). He is also survived by other loving family members, and many friends.
