He is survived by: his spouse Jeftha Billy; his children, Yolande Billy, Joseph (Ronald), Violette Billy (Edy Francios), Sandra Billy, Gilet (Keler), Edens Billy (Selena), Horlson Billy (Chelmys) and Debbie Billy; his siblings, Edris, Yves, Phanord, Dieuseul, Monique Jean Philippe, Edilienne Louis, Jeune, Elourde Sanon, Laurette Samma, Solange Ducourt and Vedanie Brimaire; and his grandchildren, Yury Joseph, Johenie N. Rodney, Jeff I Billy, Karon, Kellen, Kenneth Gilet, Cameron Billy, Caleb Billy, Cassidy Billy, Cadet Billy and Khalani Billy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and devoted friends.
