He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lucy Starkey Frugé; his son Matthew Frugé (Elisia); his parents, Edward Frugé and Marie "Vickye" Frugé; and his siblings, James Frugé (Orelea), Roxanna Starkey (Timothy) and Randall Frugé. He was also cherished by many loving family members and friends.
