Small; his children, Dionne Small Wise (Luther III), Donny T. Small, Jr., Dennie Weber, Jr., Deshone M. Small and Thomas Tunson (Maleree); his grandchildren, Liam Lopez, Lennox Wise and Phoenix S. Wise; and his siblings, Michael J. Small (Eliska), Anita Small Campbell (George) and Cary Small (Diane). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
