He is survived by: his friend Carla Hawkins; his sons, Roderick of New Orleans, LA and Virge, Jr. of Houston, TX; his stepson Andre Davis of New Orleans, LA; his grandchildren, Khloe of Washington and Kendric Hopkins; his great grandchild Kenya Hopkins; and his siblings, Carrie of Washington, Tommie Thomas (Samuel) of Lake Providence, LA, Daisy Butler (Dave) of New Orleans, LA, Amy Bynum (Felix) of New Orleans, LA, Harvey, Jr. of McGee, AR and Jerry Hawkins of Lake Providence, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
