He is survived by: his mother Hilda Collier Clack; his wife Kathy Smith Clack; his children, Jeramie Clack (Marisela), Ashley Cheek (Tyler) and Nikki Swartz (Jared); his siblings, Bruce Edwin Clack (Diane) and Vicki Collins (Danny); his grandchildren, Nehemiah "Chivis" Clack, Miranda Luna, Layla Luna, Carter Cheek, Aiden Cheek, Leah Martien, Tyler Thomas and Kennedy Martien; and his great grandchildren, Everleigh Thomas and Cooper Thomas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Crothers Glenwood Funeral Home (2 Crothers Dr, Tallulah, LA 71282). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at the Memorial Park Cemetery.
