She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest King and Nancy Proctor King; her husband Lonnie Fedrick Heard; her sister Eula Alford; and her son Ernest Fedrick Heard.
She is survived by: her sister Judy McCullar; her nephew Lee McCullar (Andrea); and her children, Remonda Phelps (Robert) and Derek Heard (Brandi). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
