She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Tower and Gladys Scott Tower; her husband Jack Folk; her daughter JoNell Reed; and her sister Clara Hodge.

She is survived by: her sons, Michael Barrett (Melinda) and Ken Barrett (Donna); and her grandchildren, Kevin Shawn Reed (Christin), Kristine Dawn Hoeflinger (Tom), Kelley Michelle Goldstein (Scott), Michael Glen Barrett, Jr. (Laura), James Michael Barrett (Debbie), Myrette Michelle Tomer (John), Charlton Havard Lyons, IV (Nellie), Peter McDade Lyons, Marjorie Alden Murphy, Kendall Grace Mulhearn (Colby), Luci Thornton (Chris) and Trey Foster (Krystal). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
