He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolar "Pat" and Bennie Booth Bullard; and his siblings, W. B. "Pete" Bullard, Sr., Bobby "Duck" Bullard, Henry "Sammy" Bullard, Ola Jane, Audrey Melton and Virginia Caviness.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Libby" Bullard; his children, Bobby Lemar Bullard (Sherri) and Donna Thomas (Bob); his grandchildren, Kathryn Reppond (Mitch), Patrick, Drew, Anna Claire Thomas, Marleigh and Kelsey Bullard; his great grandchildren, Gracyn, Kennedy, Carlyle and Thomas Reppond; his brother O. B. "Onward" Bullard of Mountain Home; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Bullard of Carthage, Joan Bullard of Lake Providence and Gene Caviness of Delhi. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
During his final days, he participated in weekly physical therapy and recently returned to his weight bench at home when the Coronavirus closed the doors of the gym.
