He is survived by: his wife Diane Roberson Collins; his children, Curt Collins (Stephanie), Tonya Reeves (Ken) and Dave Collins (Kendra); his grandchildren, Laura Beth Shufelt (Caleb), Savannah Collins, Jake Reeves, Joshua Collins, Aidan Collins and Preston Collins; his brothers, Donald Collins (Jeannie) and Steven Collins (Lydia); his grandsons, Courtland Collins, Caleb Shufelt, Gary Vogel and Luke Fortenberry; and his nephews, Danny Collins, Greg Collins, Kevin Collins, Randy Collins, Tracy Collins, Rick Kivett, Robbie Kivett and Tim Roberson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws, and cousins.
