With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlaine Yerger of Tallulah, Louisiana, born in Ferriday, Louisiana, who passed away on February 16, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arch Turner and Evelyn Wall Turner; her brother Harry "Sonny" Arch Turner, III (Jane Rogers Turner); her parents-in-law, William Yerger, Sr. and Dorothy Supple Yerger; and her niece Jeanne Elise Lee.
She is survived by: her children, Nina Charlaine Yerger of Tallulah, LA and Jason Arch Yerger (Robyn) of Vicksburg, MS; her grandsons, Jackson McGehee, Jay Schaaf and Turner Yerger; her brother Charles Edward "Bo" Turner (Melody) of Chattanooga, TN; and her sisters-in-law, Dorothy S. Yerger of New Orleans, LA, Eloise Yerger Wall of Baton Rouge, LA and Jeanne Yerger Schmidt of Baton Rouge, LA.
