It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geraldine O. Richard of Sweetlake, Louisiana, born in Creole, Louisiana, who passed away on December 12, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mayo Boudreaux and Lucia Theriot Boudreaux; her husband Ervin Richard; her siblings, Clarence, Dewey, Charlie, Galton Boudreaux, Mae LeBoeuf and Willa Dean Boudreaux; and her son-in-law Arlo Savoie.
She is survived by: her children, Sherrie Theriot (Brien), Pam Savoie and Randall Richard (Christi); her grandchildren, Laura Beth Taylor (Billy), Cody Richard, Chase Ortego (Jada), Thomas Richard, Kayla Conner (Carl) and Jason Theriot (Kristin); her great grandchildren, Kobe, Kaden, Kinley Taylor, Rylan Ortego, John Ervin Conner, Collin Conner and Beck Theriot; and her sisters, Joyce Savoie and Martha Conner. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Mary of the Lake Catholic Church.
