With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Helen Faye Watt of Swartz, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 3, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Watt and Reba Freeland; her son Jack Allen Dean; and her brothers, David Eugene Benson and Dennis Wayne Watt.

She is survived by: her daughters, Robin Grantham (Michael) of Swartz, LA and Susanne Dean of Bastrop, LA; her siblings, Linda McDonald (Bobby) of Bastrop, LA, Cathy Stripling (Roger) of Sterlington, LA, Bobbie Sue Watt of Swartz, LA and Carl Watt (Gisela) of Ohio; her sister-in-law Rose Benson; her grandchildren, Jason Fortune, Amber Grantham and Joshua Grantham; and her great grandchildren, Anna Claire Fortune, Adaleigh Fortune, Jace Fortune, Marcelline Grantham and Stephen Grantham. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
