He was predeceased by: his parents, Reba LaDelle Freeland and Jesse Fred Watt; his brother David Eugene Benson; and his mother-in-law Gertrude Bryant. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Ann Watt; his children, Dawn Gonzalez (Juan), Brian Watt (Sabina), Lindsey Watt and Randall Speights (Beth); his stepchildren, Heather Lolley (Justin), Milton Hebert III (Courtney), Brandon Hebert and Dustin Hebert (Hannah); his siblings, Linda McDonald (Bobby), Helen Watt, Carl Watt (Giesla), Cathy Stripling (Roger) and Bobbie Sue Watt; and his sister-in-law Rose Benson. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
