He is survived by: his wife Dorella Bolotte Banta; his sons, Frank, Jr. (Sandy) and Robert; his son-in-law Steve LaPlace; and his grandchildren, Jessica Gulley, Robbie Banta, Chase LaPlace, Brooke Hays, Danielle Vincent and Mary Banta. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
