With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Randall Penna of Sunset, Louisiana, born in Trumann, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 11, 2024 at the age of 71. He was predeceased by: his wife Debbie McHalffey Penna; and his brothers, Chris Penna and Buddy Penna. He is survived by: his children, Brian Penna (Kat) of Louisiana and Dana Patterson (Landon) of Louisiana; his brother William Penna (Karen) of Mississippi; and his grandchildren, Mary Kathryn Penna, Ellie Penna, Ephraim Patterson, Maggie Patterson and Banks Patterson. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
