She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmond Miller and Sophie Wheeler; her husband Wilfred Plumbar, Sr.; her daughters, Janelle Pierre and Kimberly Plumbar; her siblings, Ed Miller, Alcie Miller, Emma Colligan, Vina Miller, Pam Minix, Agnes Minix, Julia A. Julien, Caroline Malbrough and Sophie Senegal; her stepbrother Percy Miller; and her grandsons, Malcolm Plumbar, Jeffery Randoph and James Plumbar.
She is survived by: her close friend John Green of Sunset; her children, Dale Anthony Plumbar (Eva) of Kaplan, Wilfred Plumbar, Jr. of Sunset, Terry Plumbar of Sunset, Peggy Rickett (Willie Earl) of Houston, TX and Rebecca Hill (Rubin) of Conroe, TX; and her godchildren, Alice Milton, Eric Domingue, Diane Colomb, Elmo Malbrough and Paul Mayfield, Jr.. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
