He is survived by: his children, Stephen Barrett of West Virginia, David Neil "Jay" Sharlow, Jr. of Breaux Bridge and Stephanie Barrett Anderson (Ray) of Carencro; his parents, Elvin "Jack" Sharlow and Ruby Arceneaux; his siblings, Joseph Wayne Sharlow, MD (Veronica) of Ste. Genevieve, MO, Darren Sharlow (Leona) of Scott, Timothy Sharlow (Elizabeth) of Broussard, Rhonda Orsot (Murray) of Lake Charles, Julie Papillion (Terrell) of Lafayette and Janell Sharlow of Lake Charles; and his close friend Carolyn Singleton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Due to COVID-19, there will be no visitation.
