She was predeceased by: her parents, Curley Joseph and Bernita Joseph; her siblings, Michael Jerome Joseph, Harold Joseph, Carol Jean Joseph, Gwendolyn Ann Eaglin and Sharonda Denise Joseph; her son-in-law Michael Shane Ledoux; and her brothers-in-law, Gary Durousseau, Sr. and Jerome Roberts.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Boxie (Scherrel) of Missouri City, TX, Brandy Dillon of Lafayette and Christy Boxie of Sunset; her grandchildren, Sean Senegal, LeiLani Isadore, Jamarques Ledoux, Kara (Dillon), Isaiah Dillon and Deonte Dillon; her great grandchildren, Emily, Emery, Ka'lani and Aleyah; her siblings, Miami Guilbeaux of California, Jacqueline Durousseau of Ontario, CA and Juanita Ventress (Merlin) of Opelousas; her siblings-in-law, Jessie Eaglin of Opelousas and Rebecca Duplechain Joseph of Opelousas; her godmother Mary Alice Hall of Opelousas; her godson Chad Duplechain of Opelousas; and her sister Debra Lucas of New Orleans.
