He is survived by: his parents, Sherill Menard and Nancy Menard; his children, Alivia Grace Menard and Hayden O'Quain; his grandparents, Allen and Judy Elliott; and also Daphne Klevin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
