She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Murrell and Emelia Murrell; her husband Floyd Lee Trahan; her son Randall Trahan; her grandchildren, Bliss Trahan, Scotty Trahan and Misty Trahan; and her siblings, Wayne, Gernsie, Raymond, Norma, Billy, George, Calvin, Francis and Veronica.

She is survived by: her children, Robert Garland Trahan (Monica), Beth Best, Kenneth Dwayne Trahan, Patrick Brian Trahan and Kerry Layne Trahan (Charlene); her grandchildren, Trent, Kisha, Jonathan, Tasia, Denee, Meryl, Jason, Jared, Jacob, Chris and Tanner; and her siblings, Jimmy Murrell, Mary Louise LaBove and Stella Johnson. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
