He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Ronnie LeBlanc, Porter, Genelle Carrier, Ronald Bland Sr. and Joy Murphy; and his cousin Nathaniel LeBlanc.

He is survived by: his parents, Kris LeBlanc and Grace Murphy; his grandparents, Kemp, Mickey LeBlanc, Daniel and Kami Bland; and his great-grandparents, Vernelle LeBlanc, Polly Clark and Polly Bland.

Xavier had a strong heart, so strong that he was able to donate it to another baby in need.
