He was predeceased by: his parents, Dudley Marc Dugas and Yolande Boudreaux Dugas. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Brown Dugas; his siblings, Marc D. Dugas and Mona Dugas Nunez; his sister-in-law Josie Brown Arceneaux; and his nieces and nephews, Scott Nunez, Bobby Exley, Troy Arceneaux, Lisa Arceneaux Druzbik, Jennifer N. Vegas, Erica Dugas and Angel Dugas.
