He is survived by: his wife Tammy O'Quain; his daughter Nikka LeBeouf (Heath LeBeouf); his grandchildren, Luke and Zach LeBeouf; his daughter Kattie Hermann (Josh Hermann); his grandchildren, Zoe and Jax Hermann; his daughter Hallie Ely (Scotty Ely); his grandchildren, Rylin, Wesley and Phillip; his sons, Chance O'Quain and Dillon O'Quain (Grace Miller); and also, Betty Ann McClinden and Darlene Monceaux.
A reception was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the West Cal Event Center (401 Arena Rd, Sulphur, LA 70665).
