She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Lambert; her grandsons, Brent and Bryan Lambert; her great grandchild Laiken F. Lambert; her adoptive daughter Vickie Counts; her close friend Julie Miller; and her caregivers, Elliott, Kamisha, Lorraine and Callie.
