Perkins; his grandparents, Ava Perkins, Andrea Batiste and Jerry Perkins, Sr.; his great-grandparent Katherine Vedor; and his siblings, Tyrek Perkins, London May, Jalen May and Briana May. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
