He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight Hazell and Mildred Hazell; and his siblings, Darlene Bunch and David Hazell. He is survived by: his children, Terri Ann Mickel (Cynthia), Tracy Avery (Marcus), Robert "Kerry" Hazell, Nick Erny and Leah Ann Pomes; the mother of his children Ann Hazell; and his siblings, Carolyn Guidry (Daniel), Marilyn Kaefer (Bob), Wilma Madison (Ken), Joetta Clay (Lee) and Allen Hazell. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
