She is survived by: her children, Acree Paul Thomas and Jasper Quin; her parents, Karen Khan and Mohammad Khan; her siblings, Taryn, Chris, Kolbi, Harlee, Neely and Hinnah; her brother-in-law Carrington; her grandparents, Ferrell Devin, Elaine Devin, Jim Phillips and Ruth Phillips; and also, Guy Phillips and Teresa Phillips.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the family for the support of the children's service dog or the children's trust fund.
