She was predeceased by: her siblings, Joyce C. Sigler and Shelby Carlisle; and her son Shelby Wayne Newcomer. She is survived by: her parents, Thomas Carlisle and Tina Reeves Carlisle; her spouse Charles Newcomer, Sr.; her children, Charles Newcomer, Jr. (Jackie Montelaro), Glen Newcomer of Sulphur, LA and Sharon Newcomer Semmes (Charles) of Deer Park, TX.; her grandchildren, Candiace Newcomer Fontenot (James), Todd Newcomer, Scott Semmes (Beverlea) and Kristen Semmes Litchfield (Chris); and her great grandchildren, Taylor Fontenot, Jay Fontenot, Madeleine Semmes and Noah Semmes. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
