He is survived by: his parents, Roger Clark of DeQuincy and Cassie Holt Clark of Singer, Louisiana.; his brothers, Michael Clark of Singer and Daniel Clark (KayKay) of Singer; his grandmother Doris Raby of DeQuincy; his aunt Sandi Gary of DeQuincy; his uncles, Skeeter Burnett of Dequincy and Eric Holt (Alicia) of Medina, Ohio; his nephew Daniel "Junior" Clark; and his nieces, Jacklyn of Singer, Faylyn Clark of Singer, Evergreen, Kim, Brandy and JoJo.
