He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn "Red" and Margarie Libick Midkiff; and his sister Donna Midkiff Wolfe (Debra Alexandra). He is survived by: his sons, Brent Allen Midkiff of Carlyss and Eric Lee Midkiff (Staci) of Sulphur; his siblings, Dorothy Linscombe of Sulphur, Sherman Lee Midkiff (Gale) of Sulphur, Donald Ray Midkiff (Anna) of Carlyss and Roger Dale Midkiff; his grandchildren, Bailey, Kade, Kayla, Leighton, Hadyn, Payton and Brylee Midkiff; and his significant others, Sassy and Jill.
