He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Rindy Myers, Dinah Leger and Phil Billiot, II; his mother Emilie Meyers; his brothers, Russel Billiot (Cathy) and Raymond Billiot (Meryl); his grandchildren, Fallon Evans, Myla Billiot, Landon Evans, Farrah Billiot and William Leger; and his great grandchildren, Aspen Evans and Ezra Guidry. He was also cherished by children, grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations would be greatly appreciated to help with medical and final expenses.
