He was predeceased by: his parents, Elise Richard and Evelina Richard; his granddaughter Tiffanie Louviere; and his great grandchild Randy Lee Louviere, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Richard; his children, Philip Richard, Jr. (Judy) of Sulphur, Vera Louviere (Ronnie) of Sulphur and Wanda Fournet (Geoff) of LeBleu Settlement; and his siblings, Aline Clouthier and Eddie Richard (Nelwin). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
