She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Shirley, and Billie Shirley, Jr.; her sister Phyllis Johnson; her brothers-in-law, Ernest Harper and Wayne Huckaby; her niece Sarah Kay Harper; and also Miley Ann Perrault.
She is survived by: her sisters, Linda Harper of DeRidder, LA, Ruthie Huckaby of Kipling, LA, Judy Thibodeaux of Sulphur, LA, Lisa Adams and Jody of DeRidder, LA; and her brother-in-law John Johnson of DeRidder, LA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
