She is survived by: her children, Kari Planchard of Carlyss, LA, Reed Planchard (Anita) of Vinton, LA, Hans Planchard (Valerie) of Reno, NV and Coy Planchard (Ruth) of Carlyss, LA; her sister Dolores Broussard of Memphis, TN; her daughter-in-law Doyline Savoy; and her caregiver Barbara Palmer.
