She is survived by: her boyfriend Jack Deason; her sons, Brian Butler (Amy) of Moss Bluff, LA and Steven Butler of Sulphur, LA; her siblings, James Fontenot (Cheryl) of Welsh and Sharon Shepherd (Johnny) of Deweyville, TX; and her grandson Blake Butler of Moss Bluff. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
